I purchased this for my greatgrandaughter for her 13th birthday, which is the end of October.
Received my order in short order. It was in excellent condition when I received it. The gift itself was perfect for my Great granddaughter. I know she will appreciate as she grows older and remembers out time together. Moreover I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a few tears from her parents when she gets the gift.
I made a mistake on my first order and just a few minutes later, I sent in the correct order and I tried to call to cancel the first order. Even though it was minutes apart, you indicated you could not cancel the first order, so what do I do next to get my refund? Please respond to this email so I can know what to do? I ordered the lit box, but it is absolutely beautiful. It is like a mini jewelry keepsake box. The necklace is absolutely precious along with the saying that I used I would definitely order again from this company.
