The product was nice once I recieved it almost a month after christmas. I ordered on 12/10 and was unable to contact anyone by phone, email, or text. I was ignored and didn't appreciate and also my grandson didn't get his gift for Christmas. So the product was OK but your customer service seems to be non existent. Treating people the way you treated and ignored me, is something you really need to change.

This is my second time ordering and it went smooth. Much better than last fall.
I purchased this necklace for my grandson because it tells the story that I want told for him. He will wear it proudly and know just how much I loved him.
Well it has been an experience after I ordered 6 items in November I received 4of them in December the other 2 on January 19, 2023 and I thank you the late Christmas gifts to my grandsons are being delivered to them I guess the USPS isn’t all cracked up as it supposed to be and thank you for your patience with me
