My grandsons loved it. I think My son loved it even more! Unfortunately I live out of town and was unable to be there when it arrived. I paid for express delivery so I could be there to wrap the gifts before giving but it was delivered late. When I wrote to the company about this, they promptly refunded the money I paid for express delivery. I am very happy with the company and would buy from them again!

I purchased three key chains for my three grandsons, whom I hold dear to my heart. One grandson entered military, so it is perfect keepsake for his journey.
I was disappointed in the laser engraving on the back side. I don’t believe I included the word “from” on my order. Additionally, I thought the inscription I had requested was: Love always, Nana. Unfortunately, I can’t be certain as an invoice was not enclosed with the item nor does my inscription request show on my virtual order receipt. The keychain itself is nice, very shiny.
Although the delivery was held up for a time, Amy was in constant communication with me. She stated that quality was their focus. After receiving my order, which consisted of 3 of the necklaces I believe that statement. The metal seems of high quality. The engraving is very well done. I am looking forward to my grandsons response when they open them for Christmas. Very happy that I ordered them.

I ordered two necklaces for our daughter and granddaughter and really like their quality. Decided to order key chains for our grandsons and will be ordering a keychain for our son in law as well. Key chains are nice quality and heavier weight than expected.

The quality and wording is perfect but it is entirely “too small”!!! I was expecting it to be larger. I’m definitely disappointed in my purchase.
I ordered the necklace to give to my nephew who loss his dad . Unfortunately I used the wrong date of 5/5/16 instead of 5/5/14. I love the necklace but will have to reorder with the correct date. Sorry for my mistake! I would like to use the coupon for my reorder if possible!
