If there were one thing I would change iit would be to offer different color woods for the base. I would have asked for a dark color wood if that was available. Thank you. This gift for my daughter in law is beautiful, but I did not have a chance to present it, because it did not come in a timely manner as promised. I had to send multiple messages with no reply, sometime just a generic message, that my email was received. It is impossible to call this company. Maybe because they were busy on holiday, the phone was off the hook at all times. I can not judge of the quality of any of the 4 gifts I order. Will see in the future how they hold on and how long they last.

The only thing we noticed is we had clean this gift after got it because when my daughter turned the lights on, it was full of finger prints and smudges. The other thing, we thought this was glass carved out, but it's like a thick plastic. This is why we are rating it a 4 and not a 5. It is pretty and it made our daughter cry for her 17th birthday.

[ALMOST SOLD-OUT] To My Granddaughter | "I Love You Forever" | Acrylic Lamp ❤️ | AC44

Unfortunately when I placed my order the web site said I would have the option of getting expedited deliver at an extra cost at check out. My son's birthday was 5 days away. When I got to check out the sited took my credit card but did not give me that option. I sent 3 emails asking someone to add this to my order but it never happened. I got a confirmation from customer service on Monday the 6th of July that my order was shipped via normal UPS. Also got a message someone would be in touch with me regarding my email but never received a message or call. Finally the order was shipped to my apt. and not to the address of my son. I received it on Wednesday 7/8 and will have to reship it. Obviously he will not get it on his birthday I call him and explained the situation.
