To be honest I ordered it as a gift on the 16th of December and I paid for gift wrapping which I did not get, it just came in the box in bubble wrap packaging and there wasn't even a receipt with it and I paid 15 extra for 2 day shipping and I didn't receive it until January 2nd. I haven't seen my daughter in 4 years, I live almost 400 miles away so now I won't get to see her face when she opens it or help her put it on. She's 9 year's old... This was supposed to be special 😕 😒

I ordered the interlocked heart necklace And the mahogany luxury box with LED light for my daughter. We received it in a very timely manner and the presentation of the necklace in the mahogany box was absolutely beautiful. But even more beautiful than that were the "hearts" of the very appropriately named, Sugar Spring's Happiness Team. Even though the message that came with the necklace was very heart-felt, I had preferred another one for my daughter and I thought I had ordered it. I messaged them and explained the situation and looking back on it, the mistake could have actually been my fault, however, their concern was for mother and daughter to have a precious moment together. Kimberly did not hesitate to message me back with the sweetest and most sincere response. It made my heart smile to know that they really did want their jewelry to be more than a gift... They wanted it to be felt with the heart. You should read their story. It's a good one And they proved to me they mean every word of it. They did not Hesitate to solve my problem and they sent me the message card that I thought I had ordered. I was willing to pay for it but they went over and beyond and waived the charge. It is great be able to give a company five stars when all goes well but to be able to give a company five stars when a problem arises, is very unusual these days and that totally speaks of the integrity of the company. Sugar Spring's priority is definitely to be a part of creating special moments for their customers. A picture is worth a thousand words so just look at my daughter's face when She opened the gift. The item was/is really nice, I wish there were more necklace designs to select from, I purchased more for what it said, not the necklace. It took days to ship and over a week for my daughter to receive it using the USPS. Wanted her to receive it on Valentine's Day, did not receive it until the 15th, the day after.
The hearts do not lay comfortably on The neck. Have sent them a picture as requested, would like to order something else. Holding for an answer
