I purchased the granddaughter's necklace. The ordering was easy and the necklace was delivered promptly. It is a beautiful necklace, everything I was hoping for, and I love the saying on the card that comes with it. This was surprisingly easy from start to finish, and they kept me informed the whole time. If I have any needs again for a purchase of this sort I will use this seller. I am completely satisfied with the necklaces and the two verses in both of the mahogany boxes Ipurchased. I gave you guys a five star for the product. However, I didn't close two pictures of one of the boxes that has a big chip out of it. I have held off giving the two gifts until you possibly can resolve that for me.
